1. Purpose of the Agreement
These general terms and conditions govern the seasonal rental of Villa Luceo Périgord, located in Coly-Saint-Amand, Dordogne. Any reservation implies acceptance of the terms outlined below.

 

2. Reservation and Payment
 

2.1 Reservation
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the first payment and the signing of the rental agreement by the tenant.

 

2.2 Payments
Payment is made in three installments:

• First installment: 25% of the total amount, due at the time of booking.

• Second installment: 45% of the total amount, due 90 days before arrival.

• Third installment: 30% of the total amount, due 60 days before arrival.

 

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

• Bank transfer

• Secure online payment via our official website

 

Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in the cancellation of the reservation, and the cancellation policy (Article 4) will apply.

 

3. Security Deposit
A security deposit of 300€ will be required upon arrival, either by check or bank pre-authorization. It will be refunded within 7 days after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

 

4. Cancellation and Changes

4.1 Cancellation by the Tenant
More than 90 days before arrival: 75% of the payments made will be refunded.
Between 90 and 60 days before arrival: 50% of the payments made will be refunded.
Less than 60 days before arrival: no refund.
 

4.2 Cancellation by the Owner
In case of force majeure or inability to honor the rental, the owner agrees to refund the full amount paid by the tenant.

 

5. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in: Between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late arrivals must be communicated in advance.
Check-out: Before 10:00 AM.
An inventory inspection will be conducted upon arrival and departure.

 

6. Use of the Premises
The villa is rented for a maximum of 8 people. Any additional person must be declared and approved by the owner.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
 

7. Tenant Responsibilities
The tenant is responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
The tenant agrees to respect the property, equipment, and neighborhood tranquility.
 

8. Use of Amenities
The pool, Wi-Fi, and other amenities are provided under the tenant’s responsibility. The owner declines any liability for accidents resulting from improper use.

10. Governing Law and Disputes
The rental agreement is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent court will be that of the location of the rental property.
